Mr. Ricardo Dystant

Ricardo Dystant is the Chief for Digital Transformation and Special Projects at JN Bank, with responsibility for activities to support the Bank’s digital transformation strategic initiatives. Prior to this appointment, Ricardo held several other senior positions, including Chief – Channels, with responsibility for maintaining a consistent high quality member experience across all channels and Interim General Manager for JN Group member company, JN Cayman. He also served as Head of e-Business, with responsibility for the implementation of technological solutions and upgrades to the JN Bank ATM network and the JN Bank LIVE online banking portal.

Ricardo graduated from the University of Technology Jamaica, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Computing and Information Technology with a major in Enterprise Computing and from the Mona School of Business, The University of the West Indies, Mona with a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, majoring in Banking and Finance.
